Key Performance areas: Reports to the Human Resource and Admin Director and will be responsible for various administration and HR functions including processing payrolls, drafting of employment contracts, assist with the submission of Workplace Skills Plan / ATR and Employment Equity report, manage disciplinary procedures and grievances processes & efficient administration of personnel files.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be required to have a strong HR and IR background, Excellent working knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EEA, computer literacy, good organisational skills, excellent analytical & decision making skills, ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines, able to respond effectively to changing priorities, A relevant HR degree / Diploma with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the appropriate field, must
have VIP payroll experience, BBBEE knowledge is advantageous and must have own transport.
