The WILDTRUST is participating in the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme funded by NEDBANK and is aimed at reducing Youth unemployment levels. The YES programme provides a one-year work-based job training experience aimed at affording unemployed youth practical and meaningful work opportunities.

If you were employed previously on a YES programme you will not be considered for this vacancy. The WILDTRUST invites applications from unemployed youth, graduates and scholars who are between the ages of 18 and 27 years to apply for the following vacancies:

  1. Beach stewards – uThukela
  2. Beach stewards supervisor – uThukela
  3. Ecosystems and restoration assistants – Nonoti
  4. Ecosystems and restoration team leader – Nonoti
  5. Ecosystems and restoration team leader – uThukela
  6. Ecosystems and restoration team leader – Dokodweni
  7. Ecosystems and restoration team leader – Port Dunford
  8. Ecosystems and restoration team leader – Port Dunford
  9. Community livelihood general assistants – Mangethe
  10. Community livelihood general assistants – Nonoti
  11. Community livelihood general assistants – Nqutshini
  12. Community livelihood general assistants – Nyembe
  13. Community livelihood intern supervisors – Nonoti; Mangethe; Nqutshini; Nyembe.
  14. Ocean and climate awareness and school support intern supervisor – Mtunzini; Amatikulu; Tugela mouth; Nonoti
  15. Ocean and climate awareness and school support interns – Mtunzini; Amatikulu; Tugela mouth and Nonoti.
